"Observation" is a new series for us to play around with different hop combinations so we can 'observe' how they work together and discover which combinations bring new flavours we don't normally see in individual hops

This series is IPA focused with a little more 'oomph'. The ABV is increased a touch to 7% instead of our usual 6. 5% for single IPAs and these are Double Dry Hopped with more hops than our usual hopping rate. If you like things a little richer, this series is for you. For this third iteration, we've brewed it with oats and wheat then hopped it intensely with Nelson
